Java Technical Project Manager (2 positions)
As a Tech Lead/Manager (TLM) owns and drive technical projects and provide leadership for a group of 2-6 engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects. This position is *not* a pure management position. TLM will contribute technically to the project. Our interview process will emphasize technical skills and management/organizational skills equally.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with Business owner to create technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership to team of developers.
• Architect, develop and implement web applications in Java/J2EE
• Evaluation and Implementation of Web Content Management/Portal applications.
• Manage production application.

Requirements:

• Experience in building and running websites.
• Bachelor's degree in related computer science or related field; Sun Java certifications preferred
• Exposure to startup environment desired.
• Minimum 2 years of solid Java/J2EE programming experience including EJB, Servlets, JSP, hibernate, etc.
• Development experience with XML technologies, SOAP, Web Services, and Web applications
• Minimum 1 year Experience using frameworks like Struts or spring required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience of designing and developing with RDBMS systems is required
• Experience with commercial Application servers like Websphere, Jboss or Weblogic
• Experience in working with PL/SQL, packages, procedures and functions will be considered a significant positive.

Java Developer(10 positions)
The application developer is a key member of Software Engineering department and will play a major role in Support, Enhancement, and new development of the service oriented application. This position will be responsible for working with associated business unit to resolve application/processing issues, able to identify enhancement requirements, develop thorough understanding of business processes, and build strong working relationship with business partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implementing and designing back-end data processing system/applications on electronic data processing including importing, transferring, merging, reformatting, data conversion, and report/document generation.
• Developing complex applications using utility and development tools.
• Developing, supporting, and maintaining web application.
• Providing software development skill on existing and new projects/application development.

Requirements:

• 1 years+ Object-oriented programming experience.
• 1 years+ Java programming experience.
• SQL programming experience; other relational database programming experience preferred.
• Web-based development experience preferred - J2EE (EJB, JSP, Servlets, JSF, JDBC, JMS, JNDI, RMI), XML, Struts, RMI, Swing/JFC, XML, XSL/XSLT, SOAP, Web Services, JavaScript.
• Web servers: Apache, Jakarta Tomcat, IIS.
• Operation Systems: Linux, UNIX -Solaris, Windows.
• Tools: JBuilder, Apache Ant, Eclipse.
• A clear understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
